Our independent sales partners play a critical role in connecting homeowners with solutions they can trust.

This is a high commission-based earning opportunity. Roofing Sales Estimators generate $150,000 – $300,000+ annually, depending on performance, effort, and pipeline development. If you’re driven to succeed, the opportunity is significant.

• Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal lead generation

• Roofing Sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and opportunities
• Ability to transport and carry a ladder and safely walk on roofs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This role is structured as an independent contractor partnership. Sales estimators operate independently, manage their own schedules, and are responsible for their own business expenses and applicable taxes.
