Job Description

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy building relationships by providing knowledgeable product support and sales expertise, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions.
  • Conduct inside sales activities including follow‑up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing.
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account‑related issues.
  • Prepare and deliver effective solutions‑driven sales materials.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proven problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
