Territory Sales Rep – Door-to-Door B2BFull-time

You know how to walk into a business cold and close.
You’ve sold in environments like Cintas, Unifirst, Sysco, Aramark, or similar. You don’t wait for leads. You build your book from zero and win in the field.
What you’ll do- Walk into commercial buildings and pitch decision-makers directly
- Focus on hotels, property managers, and commercial facilities
- Close recurring supply agreements with 30–90 day reorder cycles
- Own your territory end‑to‑end: prospecting, closing, and account growth
- Build pipeline daily and consistently expand market share
- 2+ years of outside B2B or territory sales experience
- Proven track record of generating your own business and hitting quota
- Comfortable with true door-to-door prospecting
- Highly competitive, disciplined, and self-driven
- Extremely social, love meeting new people and discussing business
Starting Base salary:
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure discussed during interview
Commission:
Uncapped
OTE year one: $100,000 – $175,000+
Residual commissions are the upsideEvery account you close reorders every 30–90 days. You earn on every reorder, not just the first sale. Top reps in year two build significant income from their book without starting from zero again.
