Kitchen Tune-Up Orlando Southeast is seeking a Sales Representative.
Must have a high attention to detail and be driven to help people update their space with great problem‑solving skills.
Duties And Responsibilities- Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide
- Qualifies each prospect’s needs into a plan of sales actions.
- Promptly contact and track prospective customers received via different channels including online, Facebook, direct mail, print publications, professional referrals, and Home Shows or other in‑person events
- Conduct virtual and personal meetings with prospective customers, using the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process.
- Creating proposals with our web‑based quoting system
- Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
- Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the album.
- Gathers information on all job‑related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
- Processes all credit card charges and collects payments from customers.
- Communicates necessary information to the franchise owner or manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order.
- Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the franchise owner or manager to type the purchase order.
- Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
- Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
- Has a flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.
- Maintains frequent, authentic communication with customers and coworkers.
- Represents the brand and positions yourself as an industry professional in the area.
- Detailed and organized professional.
- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Motivated and dependable.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and a great listener.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
