Automotive BDC Representative​/Hyundai

Universal Nissan is expanding, and we’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team! This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with a $15/hour base pay (not a draw), along with uncapped commission, allowing you to increase your earnings significantly. • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, emails)
• Set and confirm appointments for Nissan sales team
• Follow up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport
• Work closely with the sales team to drive traffic to the dealership

• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ideal Automotive BDC Representative consistently displays a positive attitude
• Able to work in a team environment and learns quickly
• Schedule MUST be flexible
• Prior experience in a internet sales call center is preferred
• Qualified candidates must possess basic phone and computer skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted
