Are you a highly motivated Sales Representative? Are you passionate about Dental Health and want to bring innovative products to the market? The P&G Professional Oral Health Organization is looking for a Territory Account Executive to represent Crest and Oral B in field sales among Dental Health Professionals.

The Territory Account Executive (TAE) is the first point of contact in the field, responsible for driving usage and recommendation amongst Dental Health Professionals in the assigned territory. The TAE collaborates with the manager to develop and implement strategies and business plans to meet sales and volume targets, and develops expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling and technical support.

As a TAE you will:

• Represent the face of Crest and Oral B and the broader Procter & Gamble Company to Dental Health Professionals.
• Drive usage and recommendation of products in your field.
• Collaborate with your manager to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Residency within the Jacksonville, FL area or willingness to relocate.
• Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background; experience in healthcare, beauty care product sales, or a Registered Dental Hygienist preferred.
• Demonstrated sales leadership results.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with IT systems:
  Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, internet.
• Background in dental/oral care sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, consumer goods, or science is encouraged.

Territory: Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra Beach.
