This is a full-time outside sales position where your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners.

You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre-qualification process—setting you up for success from the start.

Your primary focus will be on in-home presentations and closing sales
. We handle everything else, from order processing to post-sale support.

• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad

• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training

• Design bath solutions using our software

• Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently

• Outgoing and comfortable in social settings

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred

• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or e
  xperience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry
  strong plus

• $100,000+ first-year earning potential for committed team members
