A fast-growing luxury hospitality and vacation rental organization is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support continued expansion throughout Florida's premier leisure destinations. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to build a portfolio from the ground up while developing long-term relationships with property owners and industry partners. Ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional, this position combines significant autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to play a key role in a rapidly growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary plus commission (OTE $130k +/-), medical and dental coverage, 401(k), PTO, personal and sick days, paid holidays, life insurance, STD/LTD, and more.

Local candidates are preferred; however, exceptional candidates with relevant market experience will be considered.

Position Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with homeowners and property investors to drive portfolio growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach through contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct property evaluations and owner consultations, presenting the organization's value proposition and differentiators.
  • Develop and execute creative prospecting strategies utilizing networking, referrals, digital outreach, events, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, attorneys, investors, and other strategic partners.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations to enhance market presence and generate opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting through CRM systems while providing regular updates on performance metrics and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, revenue management, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful property launches.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to support future growth and expansion initiatives.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 4+ years of business development, hospitality sales, real estate sales, or related experience with a demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business.
  • Experience with in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, real estate, or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in building a pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Strong networking abilities and experience establishing partnerships within local business communities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or similar systems, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and create momentum.
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories and support expansion into additional markets as the portfolio grows.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
