About the Role
The National & Strategic On-Premise Accounts in the Eastern US. This role is critical in establishing TWE as a preferred supplier across our key accounts and distributor network while ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies.
As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with senior leadership, distributor partners, and national account buyers to develop and implement impactful sales initiatives. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and influence execution at every level will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results for our award-winning portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and drive sales growth across National & Strategic On-Premise Accounts in the Eastern Division.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of National & Strategic Accounts, Brand & Trade Marketing, divisional leaders, and distributor teams to develop and execute account-specific strategies.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across National & Strategic On-Premise Accounts to ensure TWE’s brands are prioritized.
- Champion TWE’s luxury wine portfolio by conducting wine seminars, trade tastings, and educational events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Sales teams to activate impactful programs that drive incremental growth.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier or distributor sales management, with a strong background in National & Strategic On-Premise Accounts.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, exceeding revenue targets, and driving execution excellence.
- Established relationships with key National & Strategic On-Premise Accounts in the Eastern U.S. is highly preferred.
- Highly skilled in influence, negotiation, and business relationship management.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40% within the region.
