Our average residential ticket is on the high end, and our absolute lowest baseline job is $580.00
. At a flat 10% commission per sale
, your base entry earnings start at $58.00 minimum per contract and scale up rapidly into major residential and B2B commercial payouts. To reward elite tenacity, we stack heavy, short-and-long-term bonuses directly on top of your commissions:

• Weekly Sprint Incentive: Hit 10 closed sales in a single week → +$500.00 cash bonus stacked on your commissions.
