Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Roofing Sales Consultant and drive growth by building strong relationships with clients across designated territories and completing the entire sales process from start with homeowner to completion. Terms
  • Experience required in roofing sales, and extensive door to door background.
  • Guarantee per month with terms.
  • You can work where you reside. No territory boundaries.
  • Earning potential 6 figure!
  • You must reside in central Florida.
  • Negotiate with residential clients and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Insurance background a plus.
  • Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, door sales, or territory management roles with a focus on roofing business.
  • Experience success with commission employers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for tracking sales activities and customer data.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations effectively, insurance familiarity a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or digital marketing strategies.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding client expectations in retail or direct sales environments.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple territories efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories regularly for client meetings and business development activities.
