- Negotiate with residential clients and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Insurance background a plus.
- Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a high level of service.
- Proven experience in outside sales, door sales, or territory management roles with a focus on roofing business.
- Experience success with commission employers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations effectively, insurance familiarity a plus.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or digital marketing strategies.
- Positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding client expectations in retail or direct sales environments.
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple territories efficiently.
