Salary Range: $118,560 – $187,200
A Taste of What You'll Do
As a Program Manager – Sales LDP, you will shape the future of our sales organization by identifying, attracting, and developing high‑potential talent. You’ll lead innovative recruitment strategies across colleges and universities, build strong partnerships that generate a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates, and collaborate closely with distributor partners and sales leadership to align staffing needs with business goals.
You will mentor and coach emerging sales professionals, design and execute internships, recruiting conferences, and development initiatives, and elevate the candidate experience through modern recruiting techniques and creative outreach. Your work will ensure a robust talent pipeline and contribute to building a high‑performing, diverse sales organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo winery sales, Gallo affiliated or non‑affiliated distributor sales, Gallo sales HR, or Gallo sales recruiting experience reflecting increasing responsibility OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of external selling experience.
- High school diploma or state‑issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of Gallo winery sales or distributor sales experience OR 9 years of external selling experience.
- Experience managing projects.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to see, smell, and taste wine and spirits as part of job duties.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; a vehicle may be required depending on location.
- Travel required up to 50% during recruiting seasons and 25% otherwise by airplane or automobile.
- Additional travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, and meetings.
- 18 years of age or older.
How You'll Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of Gallo winery sales or distributor sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience recruiting nationally and presenting new concepts to leadership.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information swiftly.

- This position requires regular travel within your territory and occasional travel to company sites.
