This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter located in Tampa, FL. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments with new and existing inbound leads for our various services through outbound and inbound calling and text messaging. There is no cold calling in this role.
Additional responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate appointment calendars.
Clear, measurable call and appointment goals. Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection. We’ll provide the software and systems to connect you to our team, prospects, and clients.
Qualifications- Strong skills in communicating by phone professionally
- Neural English accent preferred
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a proactive and organized manner
- Experience in using calendaring and CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to fostering professional relationships with clients and team.
Full-time $15-16 per hour plus health insurance benefits after 90 days.
