Overview Pro Solar  is seeking motivated and ethical Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will educate homeowners on solar energy solutions and guide them through the transition to clean, renewable energy. Uncapped commission, depending on performance.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential for individuals who are disciplined, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary: $25,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
Commission:7% on company-generated sales
14% on self-generated and referral sales

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $250,000+ annually ( top performers can exceed this)
Unlimited upside:
Your income is directly tied to performance; motivated, disciplined consultants can earn well above OTEWhat You’ll DoConduct in-home and virtual consultations with homeowners

Educate customers on solar energy benefits and financing options

Prepare proposals and present customized solar solutions

Close residential solar sales

Maintain accurate records in the company CRMGenerate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

Proven exposure to commission-based income

Experience in at least ONE:

Solar Home improvement (roofing, windows, HVAC)
In-home sales

High-ticket sales ($5K+)Experience generating own leads via:

Referrals Networking Prospecting  (D2D, events, social)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-driven

Comfortable meeting customers in their homes

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Smartphone for business communication

Outside or in-home sales experience

Solar, home improvement, or energy-related sales

Experience with CRM systems
