We’re hiring a driven Outside Sales / Business Development Representative ready to build a territory, open doors, and create momentum quickly. This role is designed for high performers who want their results to directly translate into income, influence, and leadership responsibility

If you have at least one year of real, high-activity sales experience and want a path into management and leadership, this is a strong next step.

Compensation & Career Growth
  • Year 1 OTE: $90- 90K
  • Year 2 potential: $120K–$150K+ for top performers
  • Uncapped commissions

Who This Role Is For
  • 1–3 years of B2B or outside sales experience
  • At least 1 year of high-production selling (not account maintenance)
  • Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and face-to-face selling
  • Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by performance
  • Clear interest in developing into a leadership or management role
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and grow a defined sales territory
  • Prospect aggressively and open new accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Manage and forecast your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate internally and begin developing leadership habits and accountability
