As a Business Development Manager within PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Orlando, FL.

PNC Financial Wellness Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to meet the needs of various businesses and their employees. You will be responsible for working directly with clients to develop and drive a financial wellness program aligned with organizational goals and objectives, providing innovative solutions including health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings.

You will employ a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships and work directly with client services teams and partners to support the growth of a book of business.

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions, focusing on growing sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Developing and driving financial wellness programs aligned with clients’ organizational goals and objectives.
  • Providing innovative solutions including health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings.
  • Employing a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships and support growth of a book of business.
  • Performing origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
  • Managing risk/return and driving quality for new and existing clients.
  • Actively identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
  • Increasing client engagement and loyalty, building effective internal and external relationships.
  • Leveraging reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Presenting the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and informing on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.
Qualifications
  • University or college degree with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
  • Proficient in client relationship building, book of business development, financial analysis, and sales negotiation.
  • Experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, or general services preferred.
  • Strong decision‑making, critical thinking, effective communication, prospecting, and tech‑savvy skills.
  • Knowledge of financial wellness products and solutions, credit processes, and credit products.
