ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to work with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Develop strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account-level goals. Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gain buy‑in on responsibilities.
Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc. Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred
- 2‑3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with a successful track record of exceeding expectations
- Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Can work independently with strong attention to detail - HIV Experience Preferred, not required
- Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position
- Product launch experience
- 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty (i.e., immunology, oncology)
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
