- Developing strategies to compete in the gas turbine market and generating indicative and firm bids.
- Collaborating closely with our field sales colleagues to canvass the market and strategically address it with our product portfolio.
- Leading project approval efforts through Siemens Energy’s process.
- Leading a cross‑functional team on specific opportunities.
- Negotiating slot reservation agreements and contracts with customers.
- Working with internal stakeholders to overcome opportunity‑specific obstacles, as well as collaborating with management to develop strategies that address market needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent relevant experience considered), 10+ years of experience in the power industry, ideally in sales, marketing, or a related role, and expertise in Siemens Energy’s Distributed gas turbine portfolio.
- A pre‑existing network within the business area, giving you insights and connections.
- A strong, customer‑centric mindset, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value, and excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork, helping you build lasting relationships across the organization.
