• High-ticket direct sales (solar, D2D, pest control, alarms, auto, timeshare, cell phones, retail management, etc.)
• Current FL 214/215 license a big plus (we’ll sponsor and pay for pre-licensing if you’re the right fit)
• Track record of crushing quotas and bouncing back fast from “no”
• Coachable, growth-minded, and hungry for mentorship that actually moves the needle
