- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
- Lead negotiations for guestrooms, food and beverage, and ancillary services to maximize revenue and long term account value.

- Maintain accurate booking details, guestroom blocks, client profiles, and documentation throughout each phase.
- Monitor group pickup, history, and payment status to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue integrity.
- Oversee the bid process through CVENT and other lead generation platforms.
- Prepare customized proposals that reflect each group’s needs and highlight the strengths of the hotel portfolio.
- Research and qualify new business opportunities using available tools, market insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Supervise, coach, and develop sales coordinators to ensure strong administrative support and efficient workflow.
- Partner with operations, catering, and group housing teams to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to portfolio wide sales initiatives and participate in leadership discussions that shape long term growth.
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel group sales experience, preferably with multi property or convention hotel exposure.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and managing complex, high value accounts.
