Sales Workplace Solutions DirectorWe are seeking a driven, strategic Sales Workplace Solutions Director to accelerate revenue growth within a defined territory by delivering innovative workplace and global mobility solutions. The role focuses on selling local and global workplace solutions, identifying key targets, prospecting, scheduling face‑to‑face meetings, presenting solutions, closing new and existing business, and meeting revenue goals.
How You’ll ContributeThis position requires you to regularly visit clients and prospect within a designated local territory and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Your duties will include maintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction, and providing oversight during service delivery. You will also research media resources, attend networking events and prospecting trade shows, initiate contact with leads, schedule appointments, send follow‑up correspondence and sales materials, maintain accurate records in the company database, distribute marketing materials, set up follow‑up dates, provide updates to supervisors, and participate in departmental sales meetings.
The role also requires strict adherence to ethical business practices and established sales processes.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation/Work Experience/Certificates
- Four‑year degree from an accredited university, preferable with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business.
- Three to five years of business‑to‑business sales experience, preferably in the moving (household or workplace), commercial real estate, architectural and design, office furniture, or adjacent industry.

Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 Base + Performance Incentive
Total compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and demonstrated sales performance.
