As a Sales Specialist, you are the frontline connection between our company and our customers. Your mission is to help individuals and families stay safe on the road by guiding them through the process of selecting the right tires and wheels that fit their needs and budget.

You’ll engage with customers both in person and through inbound leads via phone, text, and online platforms. You will set appointments, order products, update lead progress and customer records in our system, and follow up to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Beyond sales, you’ll maintain the appearance of the showroom, keep displays clean and organized, and ensure product inventory is ready and available. You will also support team goals by contributing to store cleanliness, participating in promotional events, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

• Maintain showroom appearance, clean displays, and prepare product inventory.
• Support team goals by contributing to store cleanliness and promotional events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and goals.
• Complete and review all sales orders.
• Implement promotions.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• 2 or more years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Outgoing, friendly, and motivated with high energy in a customer‑first culture.
• Great communicator who can connect with people.
• Goal‑driven and coachable, eager to hit targets and grow skills.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Valid state driver license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flexible work schedule, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and have professional proficiency in English.
