The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive our sales efforts and expand our customer base in the fast growing Orlando market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset.

A Day in the Life
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales of Streetleaf's solar street lighting solutions.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of Streetleaf’s solutions.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification methodologies, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A person of high ethics, integrity, honesty with lots of passion, drive, and a sense of humor.
  • Previous business relationships within Land Development and master planned communities.
  • Familiar with the top builders in the USA NAHB.
  • Ability to travel for networking events, HOA / CDD meetings, developers corporate offices, and builders shows.
  • Accustomed to presenting a presentation deck to c-suite executives, municipalities, and utility companies.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Business Development Manager, or Civil Engineer.
