This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Commercial Division. This position is located in Greater Orlando, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Duties include prospecting new clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Commercial Division
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Prospect new clients and build a robust sales pipeline
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
• Analyze market trends and report on sales performance

• Experience with Sales Strategies, Sales Team Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Trend Reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction or fencing industry is a plus
