Cruise & Travel Sales Specialist
Orlando, FL – In Office $50,000 + Uncapped Commission | Benefits Package
Schedule:
5 days over 7 days includes weekends - Two Shifts 8:45am-5pm & 1pm-9pm Our client, a leading travel company specializing in premium cruise and tour vacations, is seeking an experienced Cruise & Travel Sales Specialist to convert inbound inquiries into unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Recommend tailored cruise and tour vacation packages
- Present premium, high-value travel itineraries
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales
- Prepare accurate quotes and booking documentation
- Meet and exceed sales and performance KPI
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey
Required Experience
- Travel industry experience required
- Cruise sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of destinations in Asia, Europe, and South America is a plus
- Experience selling premium or multi-component vacations advantageous
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and online research tools
