Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
  • Directly manage Florida golf, lawn, and nursery sales teams
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales team performance
  • Create and manage travel and expense (T&E) budgets for sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Identify gaps in the market to increase sales coverage and market share
  • Manage national account programs within golf and lawn care segments
  • Work closely with supplier partners to align sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Support and mentor sales team members while driving accountability and performance
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
  • Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule
  • Green industry experience preferred (golf, lawn care, nursery)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
  • Experience managing sales teams, budgets, and performance metrics
