Job Description- Directly manage Florida golf, lawn, and nursery sales teams
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales team performance
- Create and manage travel and expense (T&E) budgets for sales representatives
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Identify gaps in the market to increase sales coverage and market share
- Manage national account programs within golf and lawn care segments
- Work closely with supplier partners to align sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Support and mentor sales team members while driving accountability and performance
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience
- Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule
- Green industry experience preferred (golf, lawn care, nursery)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
- Experience managing sales teams, budgets, and performance metrics
