Outside Sales Representative

We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. First-year total compensation is typically around $65K-70k, including base salary plus guaranteed commission on assigned accounts after training. Compensation may vary slightly based on market and experience.

This role will manage and grow assigned client accounts while developing new business opportunities. The best fit is someone who enjoys outside sales, prospecting, networking, client visits, and building long-term client relationships.

The company provides some lead flow through existing programs, bid opportunities, and inbound inquiries, but this person must be comfortable actively prospecting and building their own pipeline.

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts
• Prospect daily and build new business opportunities
• Make calls to support clients and prospects
• Attend networking events, association meetings, and trade shows
• Conduct client visits and in-person relationship-building activities
• Prepare quotes and secure customer authorization
• Maintain CRM updates and sales activity records
• Partner with internal teams to support client projects

• 5+ years of sales experience preferred
• Outside sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
• Print, mailing, fulfillment, marketing services, or business services experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

• Based in Orlando, FL
• Primarily local travel within the market
• Minimal overnight travel, expected to be fewer than 10 overnight trips per year
• Desk space is available, but this is not a desk-only sales role
