Position Title: Sales Representative
Location: Orlando

Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business within their commercial moving and logistics division. This role is ideal for a hunter-type salesperson who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, and closing deals in a competitive B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market
- Conduct cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Build relationships with businesses such as:
- Corporate offices
- Healthcare facilities
- Universities
- Commercial real estate partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (Hub Spot)
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Logistics / transportation
- Moving & storage
- Commercial services
- Business development roles
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
- Commission Structure:
- Earn commission after reaching annual revenue targets
- Potential for uncapped earnings
- Flexible structures available for experienced candidates with a book of business
- Car allowance / mileage reimbursement (via program)
- Cell phone allowance

- Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Achieving $1M+ in annual revenue (typically within 12–18 months)
- Developing long-term client relationships
