Summary

The Client Advisor at the Orlando Outlet delivers exceptional luxury client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. They build and retain client relationships through proactive clienteling and demonstrate deep product knowledge and Dolce & Gabbana heritage. The role supports the sales team, maintains operational excellence, and upholds the brand’s image on the shop floor.

• Provide impeccable service and act as an ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience, mentor team members, and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and brand history to prioritize client needs and drive sales.
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to monitor, update and grow client relationships.
• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets and support store objectives.
• Source new clients and proactively develop business through client outreach.
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
• Support implementation of sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
• Experience using CRM/clienteling tools and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
