Leasing Consultant

Are you outgoing, organized, and love helping people find their next home? Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and be the friendly face of the community. You will drive leasing, build strong resident relationships, and support daily operations.

• Leasing and Sales:
  Greet prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Leasing and Sales:
  Conduct tours and highlight features and benefits of each apartment.
• Leasing and Sales:
  Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing.
• Leasing and Sales:
  Follow up with prospects and track all calls and visits.
• Leasing and Sales:
  Process applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Leasing and Sales:
  Ensure apartments are ready for move in day.

• Respond to calls, questions, and concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up with residents.
• Support renewals and encourage referrals.
• Help plan and host resident events.

• Participate in outreach marketing and community events.
• Shop competitors and monitor advertising results.
• Assist with signage, flyers, and promotions.

• Enter leases and data accurately in Yardi.
• Follow company procedures.
• Support the Property Manager as needed.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and customer focused mindset.
