Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Oldsmar, FL (Onsite, direct hire)
Salary$55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
Visa StatusOur client does not sponsor or transfer visas. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Requirements- 4+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling experience
- Organized and comfortable engaging in conventions and trade shows
- A true sales personality with a high drive for growth and success
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In to generate new business for pharma products
- Make 25+ outbound calls daily to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and related contacts
- Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and set meetings for sales leaders
- Communicate product value propositions effectively, emphasizing medication solutions designed to improve patient adherence
- Represent the company professionally in calls, written outreach, meetings, and industry events
- Serve as a natural leader and pace-setter for junior team members by demonstrating urgency, professionalism, and activity
