We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Executive / Business Development Associate with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and onsite client visits. • Conduct outbound calls to prospective healthcare clients
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule meetings with potential clients
• Conduct onsite client visits as required
• Present company services to healthcare organizations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Support overall business development initiatives
• Meet defined outreach and activity targets

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in both phone and in-person interactions
• Willingness to travel within Florida for client meetings
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, staffing firms, or healthcare IT clients is a plus

• Based in Florida or willing to relocate to Tampa
• Comfortable with onsite client visits and meetings
