Bilingual Android Sales Expert

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven sales associate to promote Android OS devices and accessories at retail locations in the Orlando, FL market.

Starting hourly rate of $25 (pay based on experience). Weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and incentives. Next‑day pay on demand through Daily Pay. Shift schedule:
Thursday – Sunday, four 10‑hour shifts per week. Travel to multiple Best Buy stores, including occasional overnight assignments. Position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Drive sales growth by promoting Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy stores.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through retail partners by leveraging Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize product placement and optimize in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating associates and customers on features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader ecosystem.
• Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and analyze sales data, track performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management.

• Proven track record of consistently driving results and exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to influence retail partners and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, specifically within Best Buy leadership.
• Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• High adaptability and willingness to adjust sales strategies for evolving market conditions.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
• Excellent product knowledge of Android devices and the ecosystem, with clear communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight stays.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Ability to lift and move displays weighing 25lbs. or more.
