• Motivate, manage, and train the local team to grow portable equipment rental and sales business.
• Lead the team to deliver superior customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Assist with delivery and installation of equipment to meet business requirements.
• Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets set by management.
• Establish professional relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Identify prospects, educate them on products and services, and expand the client base.
• Develop rental and sales quotes from inquiries or site surveys and manage them through to closure.
• Participate in the preparation of outside sales activities for prospects, supporting the overall business strategy.
• Support the Area Manager on target accounts or territories, maintaining a personal pipeline and customer log.
• Manage the rental fleet, new equipment and accessories inventory, and delivery trucks to maximize customer response.
• Handle administrative functions, shipping and receiving of all materials to and from the location.
• Maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Be available for after‑hours, weekends or holidays as required on a rotating on‑call schedule.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience working in the HVAC field, OR 2+ years of experience in HVAC operations or HVAC sales.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in rentals or portable HVAC.
• Experience in commercial or residential HVAC.
• HVAC sales experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Customer service experience.

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 and $, subject to factors such as skills, education and experience.
