As we expand our operations in the United States, we are seeking a high-performance Sales Representative with a pure Hunter mindset to join our commercial team in Orlando.
This is a field-based role for a professional who thrives on autonomy, active prospecting, and the challenge of closing high-ticket deals. You won’t be waiting for leads — you will be out in the market creating them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Active Business Development:
Identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients through networking and cold outreach. - Strategic Closing:
Lead the end-to-end sales process for sophisticated financial products (investment pools, real estate, and capital strategies). - Field Engagement:
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations across the Orlando area. - Consultative Selling:
Align NWX Capital solutions with client wealth preservation and growth goals. - Pipeline Management:
Maintain high-level discipline within the CRM for conversions and follow-ups. - Market Presence:
Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and within the international business community.
- Resilient Mindset: A self-starter motivated by targets with a proven track record of “opening doors”.
- Trilingual Fluency:
Professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is mandatory. - Financial Literacy:
Solid understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, or real estate. - Persuasive Communication:
Ability to influence decision-makers and handle high-level objections. - Mobility:
Must have reliable transportation for frequent client visits in the Georgia region. - High Ethics:
Integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Experience in High-Ticket Sales, Wealth Management, or Real Estate.
- Existing network within the Brazilian or Hispanic business communities in the US.
- High-Ticket Sales:
Experience selling financial products or services with high contract values. - Existing Network:
Established business connections within the Brazilian or Hispanic communities in the Southeast US. - Industry Expertise:
Background in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or International Investment circulars. - Advanced Financial Strategy:
Knowledge of Consórcios, cross-border wealth strategies, or asset protection.
- Aggressive compensation with uncapped commission potential.
- High-value financial products in a rapidly growing international firm.
- Full support and professional structure to back your field operations.
- Trilingual Fluency:
Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (Written and Verbal). - Sales Profile:
Proven experience as a Sales Hunter or Outside Sales Representative. - Financial Literacy:
Basic knowledge of Investment Markets, Capital Management, or Real Estate. - Closing
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high-value contracts. - Mobility:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits in the Orlando Area. - Tech Savvy:
Experience managing pipelines through CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
