Sales Executive - Hotel Solution

Overview

Today Kody is working with world leading hotel brands and we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our US team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding Kody's presence within the hospitality industry by offering innovative payment and point-of-sale solutions tailored to hotel businesses.

• Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
• Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector
• Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology
• Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
