Outside Sales Representative

$52,000 base salary + uncapped commission, OTE $100,000–$125,000

This Construction Sales Representative role is built for someone who knows construction sales and wants a field-based territory where hard work can genuinely pay off.

You’ll be out across the Orlando market, visiting contractors, job sites and equipment users to sell pump rental, manufactured pump products and service solutions. Pump experience is not essential. If you’ve sold construction equipment, tools, trench safety, access, compact equipment, engines, agricultural machinery or rental solutions, you’ll already understand the pace, people and demands of this market.

The Construction Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative / Equipment Rental Sales Representative Role:

• Grow sales across the Orlando construction market
• Sell pump rental, manufactured pump products and service solutions
• Visit contractors, project sites, rental customers and equipment users across the territory
• Build long-term relationships with construction, industrial and municipal customers
• Identify opportunities for dewatering, pumping and site support solutions
• Manage your own activity, pipeline and customer visits
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution for each customer
• Develop specialist pump knowledge while using your existing construction sales experience
• Based in or close to the Orlando area
• Sales experience in construction, equipment rental, contractor supply, tools, access, trench safety, compact equipment, engines, pumps, agricultural equipment or a closely related market
• Comfortable selling face-to-face on job sites and with busy construction customers
• A practical, hands-on understanding of site environments and equipment-led sales
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable managing a field-based territory
• Willing to learn pump applications, rental sales and service-led solutions
• Background in outside sales for construction rental, plant hire, heavy equipment, tools or contractor supply
• Inside sales, counter sales, mechanic or technical experience with the drive to move into outside sales
