We are currently seeking a Sales Representative in the Orlando, Florida area.

What You’ll Do
  • Be highly accountable for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with customers to truly understand their business and align needs to our solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges and offer solutions from Breg’s portfolio of products and services to improve the quality and lower the cost of the orthopedic episode; provide product expertise and instruction.
  • Have accountability for selling, planning, organizing, and implementing account management activities, and maintain these activities in Breg's Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory; overnight stays may be required.
  • Measure and fit patients with Breg products, complete paperwork required for insurance billing, and treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Identify and assess future accounts and opportunities.
  • Provide direction to other Breg associates in the territory to sell and service accounts within their area, such as an Associate Sales Representative, Impact Service Representative, or others.
  • Prepare weekly reports on travel (mileage) and other approved expenses, keep expense account information updated on Breg’s expense reporting tools.
  • Attend trade shows, customer training events, and other in‑territory events to support Breg’s sales and service; attend internal meetings and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing, or science field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of proven success in a medical sales role where contacts with physicians, hospitals and other medical providers were a regular occurrence.
  • Experience with sales in orthopedic, sports medicine or surgical markets is highly preferred.
  • Computer proficient with web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel; technically competent to learn new software and systems.
  • Previous utilization of a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system is highly preferred.

Work Schedule

Work schedule may include variable start/end times outside of the company’s standard business hours.

Compensation

Salary Range $50,000-$60,000 per year base, plus commission. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all U.S. locations. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
