Sales Co-worker II - Bedrooms - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
• Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
• Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top‑selling and prioritized products.
• Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on location to secure high stock availability.
• Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities involving the product range.

12–20 hrs/week

SHIFT:
Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.69 - $25.45.
