Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated in-region distributor network within the MEP space
- Foster and maintain relationships internally to support distribution partners
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective end-users in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry
- Partner with other regional roles in planning and executing sales processes
- Launch new products within the region and keep parties updated
- Drive market share growth and increase top‑line sales in the assigned market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50%
- Proficient in Microsoft applications:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
