Overview
As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver seamless, patient-focused solutions.
Territory AssignmentThis field‑based sales role covers Orlando, FL, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Apopka, Oviedo, and Winter Park. Travel will be about 25 % of the time, including overnight travel as needed.
Position OverviewYou will develop and manage relationships with various health‑care customers—including cardiologists, primary care providers, and other health‑care professionals—across physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory‑level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with health‑care providers to align customer needs with company products according to product labeling.
- Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.
- Relevant degree (BA/BS) or high‑school diploma with 0–3 years of sales/marketing/clinical experience for S1 level; 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years overall experience for S2 level.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and independent work abilities, plus teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Relief in the territory or willingness to relocate.
- Background in sales, account management, consultative, or customer‑service roles.
- Experience analyzing metrics to track progress toward goals.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with relationships to cardiologists and endocrinologists.
- Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly.
- Advanced analytics proficiency to generate customer insights.
- Multi‑channel tool and technology utilization to expand sales reach.
- Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset.
