- Income:
On Average $150,000 /yr – $200,000 /yr (Paid Weekly!) - Schedule:
Monday – Saturday (Full Time)
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
- Use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
- Have industry‑leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of the project to the end.
- Use emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet or exceed the customer's needs.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of In‑Home or Outside Sales Experience
- Prior experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
- A proven track record of closing sales
- Self‑motivation and results orientation
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- A healthy sense of competition tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
