Evergreen is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position with the territory in and around Orlando, FL.
As an Outside Sales Representative for Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control, you will meet with homeowners to provide tailored solutions, drive sales through in-home consultations, and foster partnerships with local service companies. This role requires a results-driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Evergreen is part of the Super Home Services family, a concierge-level interior and exterior residential service provider throughout the southeastern US. Super Home Services aims to be a one-stop provider for all aspects of home services, from lawn care to pest control.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners, understanding their needs and recommending home service pest control solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and drive repeat business.
- Network with local service companies to establish partnerships, generate referrals, and expand market presence.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for territory growth and customer acquisition.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, customer interactions, and partnerships in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and home service advancements to provide top-notch recommendations to clients.
- Participate in trade shows, local events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pest, termite, or lawn care industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Pro-active self-starter, able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized with follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for in-home consultations and networking events.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Previous experience working with or networking with service companies in the home improvement industry.
- Strong local network of home service contractors and businesses.
This position involves accessing attics and crawlspaces under above-grade homes.
