Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Jacksonville for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 3 days a week. Non‑field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Enhance a pre‑existing book of business and identify new business opportunities using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM platforms.
• Engage with senior decision‑makers to understand their needs and present Quadient’s solutions, supporting the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and build long‑term business growth.

• Reach out to new and existing customers (calls, Linked In, email, in‑person meetings) to open opportunities.
• Run discovery conversations with business leaders.
• Demo solutions with support from your team.
• Build a pipeline that directly drives your earnings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally 3 days per week.

Year 1 OTE: $110,000 (Base Pay: $55,000 + Targeted Commissions: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission).

This is a hybrid role based near Jacksonville with local travel to customer sites 3‑4 times per week.
