Duct Masters USA, Inc. is scouting a full-time HVAC Hybrid Service Tech
- Comfort Advisor to meet in the homes of our Weston, FL customers. You will work closely with homeowners, listen to their wants and needs, and offer the best solutions for their HVAC needs. This role offers compensation of $15–$25/hr, plus commission. You may earn through sales and installation commissions or focus solely on sales commissions. Perks include company-provided leads, a gas card for transportation expenses, and ongoing opportunities for growth.

A Day in the Life as an HVAC Hybrid Service Tech- Comfort Advisor
As an HVAC Hybrid Service Tech
- Comfort Advisor, your product knowledge and people skills are essential. You provide intelligent and honest solutions, make sound recommendations as if it were your own home, and communicate sale details to installers to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
While selling is rewarding, you recognize the hard work required. You stay current on product offerings, participate in staff trainings and meetings, and continually learn and improve. You enjoy seeing your efforts reflected in your paycheck.
Qualifications- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Do you communicate well with office staff and homeowners? Can you explain technical information in layman's terms? Are you organized, able to manage your time, energetic, and quick to learn with sound reasoning skills?
