Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is hiring now.

Earn $15.00 Per Hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including sales of packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
• Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required

• Ability to transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to walk around facilities for up to 50% of time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, in outdoor environments
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks – sweeping and mopping interior areas; maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris

• Experience:
  
  Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies
• Transportation:
  Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to use own vehicle to travel between locations and/or for work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
