This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by conducting sales presentations, building relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining existing customer accounts. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while consistently promoting the values and services of JJ’s Waste & Recycling.

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.
• Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client trust and satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and team members.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.
