What You’ll Do- Own your territory:
Prospect, cold call, and drive door-to-door outreach to target businesses with 10–999 employees. - Build your own funnel:
Establish partnerships with CPAs, bankers, and brokers to create a massive, long-term referral pipeline. - Consult & close:
Sit down with business owners, CFOs, and HR leaders to uncover their pain points and show them how our payroll and workforce solutions can simplify their lives. - Manage the full cycle:
Take deals from initial cold contact all the way to a signed agreement. - Stay disciplined:
Log your daily wins and activity in our CRM to track your path to quota.
- The Drive to Win: A proven track record with 3+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience selling payroll, HCM, employee benefits, or business services.
- The Hunter Mindset:
Disciplined daily prospecting habits and zero fear of rejection or cold outreach. - Strong Communicators:
Professionals who can confidently present value, handle objections, and build trust. - The Basics: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with CRM tools.
- Bonus points if you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that's a huge plus for our Miami and Orlando markets!
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and location).
- Uncapped Earning Potential:
Top earners make $200,000+ with aggressive performance accelerators above quota. - Monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility + a monthly stipend.
