• Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional in‑home design consultations using our proprietary iPad‑based sales presentation
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions
• Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options
• Guide customers through the buying process and close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong presentation and closing abilities

• Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software
• Previous in‑home sales experience is preferred
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus
