Sales Representative

Job Summary

Wholesure Inc, a division of Acrisure, seeks an experienced Sales Representative to operate in the Central to Northern Florida territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents in an assigned area to generate new business submissions and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct 15 face‑to‑face agency visits per week.
• Onboard new agents within 30 days and schedule appointments for agency members.
• Collaborate with Division Directors to expand opportunities identified during visits.
• Arrange visits and calls between agents and brokers, underwriters, and directors.
• Enroll agents in webinars.
• Attend industry conventions such as FAIA, LAAIA, and the semi‑annual Marketing Summit.

• Ambitious and hungry for long‑term success.
• Extremely reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Able to multitask with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and computer navigation.
• Team player capable of working with little or no supervision.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator.
• Organized and capable of maintaining an entrepreneurial approach.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Up to 60% travel required.

College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.

Active 2‑20 Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Candidates expected to pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan.
